Master the advanced tools and techniques that will put you in complete control of Access and many of the most powerful features.

This is hands-on training that is effective and efficient. If you want to take full advantage of Access, than understanding of special database features and coding is essential. Since the quality of a database is dependent on its design, this workshop will first review the principles of Relational Database Theory. This course will also help you to develop a knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), learn to use code for a variety of purposes, trap and respond to errors, and establish security protocols. Advanced topics related to queries, forms, and reports will be presented as well.

Prerequisites:
Assumes intermediate knowledge/experience using Access as defined by the Intermediate Access workshop topics.

    • If-then-else and Select Case decision structures
